5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account or credit card statement again. If there is no refund issued, contact your bank or credit card provider, as there may be some processing time before the refund is posted. 6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., receiving the wrong product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
